This package is for those parents who want to get baby off to a good start right from birth by establishing a much-needed routine, feeding and nap schedule, healthy sleep habits, sleep environment checklist, hints and tips preventing unnecessary wakes.
I have extensive experience (over 10 years) working with Full term, Premie babies, reflux babies or babies who have specific health challenges that may impact on sleep and they have all done great tapping into their skill; in many reflux cases gone on to completely stop the medication, babies who needed medical procedures have successful undergone these and maintained their healthy sleep skills that is key for recovery.

A preliminary evaluation
This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s current sleep habits and routines that you’ll complete prior to our meeting. (Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together.)
A private, 90 minute consultation
We will discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night-wakings, or any other specific issues you might be encountering.
A detailed, fully customized and printable sleep plan and routine schedule
After the conclusion of our meeting, this will be prepared and emailed to you within 6 hours so you can start right away!
Four weeks of telephone support calls
Three phone calls a week, typically lasting 15 minutes, can be scheduled following the consultation. We’ll use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions.
Four weeks of unlimited e-mail support
4 weeks of unlimited e-mail support if any questions arise. You will have my private e-mail address and I’ll respond to your emails within 1 business day.
Goodbye Letter, Going Forward Tool Kit and Travel Tips
When our time together comes to an end, I will email you a goodbye letter and going forward tool kit on how naps will adjust as baby grows, dealing with illness, days out, time change, travel tips etc.
