Newborn Sleep Consultations

Bringing a new baby home is every parents most treasured experience however as I say “no baby arrives with a little manual”. With my help parents can get their newborn into a much needed feed and sleep routine, whilst establishing healthy sleep habits that will help both baby and the parents.

Parents will learn baby’s sleep and feed needs, and be able to avoid the vicious cycle of not knowing!

Baby Sleep Consultations

A baby over 3 months old is very capable of learning healthy sleep habits, so they get the good quality consolidated night sleep (11-12 hours) and much needed naps during the day. Baby can also learn to feed during the day so they get their much needed sleep during the night without waking unnecessarily through the night.

*All sleep plans are customised and I do work with prem babies and twins
